1. We only ship in India. After your order confirmation, you will get shipping link in 4-5 days on your registered email id. After your package is shipped, it takes 7-14 days for delivery of your parecl. (During Festivals, holidays & shivratri, the dispatch may take additional 7 days.)

2. Cancellation of package is only possible before dispatch. We cannot cancel the parcel if the parcel is shipped. If you dont get the parcel within 14 working days from dispatch, then you will be eligible for full refund. (Kindly note: If ur Address / Phone is incomplete or wrong, then your order will b returned and your payment will b refunded after deducting 20% amount. There is no guarantee of Delivery boy Call in case of incomplete Address)

3. Shipping is free all over India on Ghee and Kesar. 30₹ per product shipping charge is on Honey and Jaggery Powder & 50₹ for cow dung products.

4. If during Transit any product breaks or get lost, u are eligible for full refund.

5. If by any chance you refuse to receive the product at time of delivery or if the parcel gets Return to Origin due to wrong address or ur unavailability, 20% amount will be deducted and money will be refunded.

6. MOST IMPORTANT: If you are not able to get Delivery OTP due to non working of your sim, unreachable phone number or wrong phone no then the delivery will not be possible in any way as the OTP is mandatory. The phone number cannot be changed later after shipment is done. In this case the refund will be processed after debiting 20% of your order amount as the return fees is charged by the courier company and its the mistake of the customer and not shuddham Gaushaala.
