Refund policy

1. Returns of products (Food products only) are only possible if you can proove any adulteration in any of our product.ย If you cannot proove adulteration through any adulteration lab reports, there will be no Refund. (The test is accepted only if you perform the test within 7 days of delievry.) Also note that any cowdung Products cannot be returned in any way. Cow dung products are NON RETURNABLE.ย ย 

2. If by any chance you refuse to receive the product before 14 working days (14 days are counted once the order is shipped)ย or if the parcel gets Return to Origin due to wrong address or ur unavailability or due to your wrong phone number, 20% amount will be deducted and money will be refunded as soon as the courier company initiates RTO. This RTO amount is deducted from our wallet via courier company and thats the reason we deduct 20% amount from you as its your mistake.

ย If you dont get the parcel within 14 working days from dispatch, then you will be eligible for full refund.

3. If you enter wrong phone number, there is nothing we can do after the product is shipped. There is a very high chance that you dont get your parcel if you enter wrong phone number.ย  If the parcel gets delivered to wrong person due to your wrong number, the refund might take 15 days. The refund will be initiated after deducting 20% amount. Also note that the phone number cannot be changed after the product is shipped. If you enter wrong pincode, then then it cannot be changed in any way. The parcel wil return due to it and refund will be initiated after deducting 20% amount.

NOTE: The delivery dispute can only be raised within 5 days from date of delivery. Please note that the Delivery confirmation is sent on customer email or whatsapp. If you have issue in the delivery then you have to complain atonce via email at info@shuddham.in or whatsapp at 8057666668 . We can surely resolve the delivery issue if the complaint is raised in 5 days from date of delivery. However if you complain after 5 days, then we cannot do anything.

4. Cancellation can only be done before product dispatch. After the product is dispatched and u want to Cancel after receiving, then 20% money will be deducted and the order will be returned. As soon as we receive the return , we will process refund.ย  Return of products costing lower than 400โ‚น is not possible.ย 

5. We don't Refund/Replace only on the basis that there is less smell or there is less taste in products. We do respect everyone's sense of smelling and taste. However If you still want a Refund/Replace you have to follow these steps.

a.) Repack the ghee or any other products in the same way it was delivered to youย  and put it back inside the corrugated box . Click the pics of the inside box and outside box after taping and send both pics at 8057666668. If u dont have the original packing,ย  then u can pack in any other box properly such that it dosnt break in transit. Its impossible to return without packing the jar.ย 

b.) The customer care at 8057666668 with send u the quote of Return shipping which is 20% of ur order amount. Pay that shipping cost and we will arrange pickup.

c.) After we get the jar back, we will initiate refund/Replace. If the jar breaks due to loose packing, No refund will be initiated.

5. Refund/Replacement will be initiated in 3-5 working days after your confirmation.ย ย 

6. In case your transaction is failed on payment gateway, then no need to worry.ย  Your failed transaction is with paymnet gateway and they automatically refunds in your source account. You can see your amount in your bank statement in 2-9 working days. Failed transaction means that you have not performed the transaction properly and the transaction is holded up at gateway which will be refunded.ย 

7. MOST IMPORTANT: If you are not able to get Delivery OTP due to non working of your sim, unreachable phone number or wrong phone no then the delivery will not be possible in any way as the OTP is mandatory. The phone number cannot be changed later after shipment is done. In this case the refund will be processed after debiting 20% of your order amount as the return fees is charged by the courier company and its the mistake of the customer and not shuddham Gaushaala.ย ย 

8. Any refund after a transaction faliure takes 2-15 working days. Kindly check your source account for this time period. In worst cast the time may exceed 20 days. If this occours, kindly whatsapp your transaction details at 8057666668. The refund will be initiated atonce after checking your transaction details.ย 

9. There is 100% breakage insurance.ย  If your parcel is broken, kindlyย  whatsapp the photograph on 8057666668. Ur issue will be resolved either via refund or new replacement.ย ย 

10. Please make a package opening video in which your name label attached on the box is visible as well in the starting of video.ย  Send that video to us via whatsapp at 8057666668 if u encounter any missing product after opening the pacakage.ย  This will help in speedy refunds. Please note that this is mandatory if we have to raise a dispute with courier.ย 

11. Cancellation duration: Order can only be cancelled before Dispatch inorder to get a 100% refund. Once the order is dispatched, u can still refuse the parcel at the time of delivery but that will be charged at 20% fee. The amount will be refunded back into your account within 7 days after the order is received back to us.ย 

12. Return Duration: You can return the product within 10 days of receiving it only in original packaging. Plz whastapp at 8057666668 to raise return request. Return is chargeable at 20% of ur orderd cost.ย  The amount will be refunded back into your account within 7 days after the order is received back to us.

13. Lab test: Send the ghee jar to the lab while making the video of the jar packaging or handing the jar to the lab. Get the lab test done and share the reports.ย  The test is accepted only if you perform the test within 7 days of delievry.
